ingredients

  • 16 ounces pizza dough
  • Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce
  • 6-8 ounces prosciutto
  • 1 ball of burrata
  • Hot honey
  • 1/2 cup quartered grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup peperoncini peppers

Method

  • Step 1

Preheat oven to 425F. Flour a work surface and use your hands to spread out the dough until it’s about the shape and size of a pizza. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the dough, then fold the dough in half and drizzle olive oil over the top again. Place the folded dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.

  • Step 2

Open the dough pocket and spread pesto inside. Lay prosciutto slices on the pesto, then the burrata. Slice into the burrata and spread it out. Drizzle on spicy honey, and spread the tomatoes and pepperoncini over the top. Fold the dough back over, then cut into 2 - 4 sections. Serve and enjoy!
