These cottage cheese wraps are our new favorite way to enjoy a high protein lunch! 

Recipe Description

This wrap couldn't be easier to make. All you need to do is spread cottage cheese on a sheet of parchment paper, and bake until it is golden brown on the edges.

ingredients

  • 1 cup full fat cottage cheese
  • Seasonings of choice

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    Spread the cottage cheese out on the parchment in a thin rectangle, then add seasonings.

  • Step 3

    Bake for 30 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through. The cottage cheese should be browned around the edges.

  • Step 4

    Remove from oven and allow to cool down for 5 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Remove the cottage cheese from the parchment and fill it with your favorite wrap/sandwich ingredients.
