This recipe transforms a traditional chicken Caesar salad into a playful and portable dish. By using burrito-sized tortillas as the cone base, you create an edible "shell" that’s crispy on the outside and filled with a creamy, savory salad on the inside. The best part? Minimal cooking is required thanks to store-bought rotisserie chicken and your favorite Caesar dressing. Ingredient Notes

  • Tortillas: Use burrito-sized tortillas for larger cones that are easy to fill. Cut them in half lengthwise to roll into cones. Flour tortillas crisp up best in the oven.

Cooking Spray: A light coating ensures the cones become golden and crispy—no deep frying needed!

Romaine Lettuce: Go for fresh, crisp romaine hearts. Their texture is ideal for a crunchy salad filling.

Rotisserie Chicken: A convenient shortcut that adds protein without the extra cook time. Use only the breast meat for a lighter, leaner option.

Caesar Dressing: Use a high-quality store-bought dressing or your favorite homemade recipe. A creamy, garlicky Caesar works perfectly.

Parmesan Cheese: Freshly grated Parm adds the best flavor and texture. Pre-shredded cheese can work in a pinch but won’t have the same sharpness.
