- 1 (8 ounce) wheel brie cheese
- 2 Joyfully Grown pears, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons raw pecans, roughly chopped
- Toasted crostini, for serving
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Use a sharp knife to carefully score a crosshatch pattern in the Brie, then place it in a baking dish. Top the Brie with the Joyfully Grown pears, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans.
Step 3
Bake for about 20 minutes, until the Brie is bubbly and oozy. Remove from oven and serve with crostini. Enjoy!
