ingredients

  • Portabella mushroom cap
  • Mixed greens
  • Leek
  • Country bread loaf
  • Truffle oil
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Red currant
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Fry Portabella mushroom cup on the grill or pan on both sides, add salt/pepper to taste.

  • Step 2

    After frying, cut into slices.

  • Step 3

    Fry Country Bread in a pan slightly with olive oil.

  • Step 4

    Deep fry the leek until golden brown.

  • Step 5

    Put green mix on toast then put burrata cheese, then mushroom slices sprinkle with balsamic glaze and top with leeks. Decorate with redcurrant.
