The best part is that it takes less than 15 minutes of actual prep and requires no kneading! BUT there is a lot of waiting around time, so this is one that you definitely need to plan ahead for. It took us 4 attempts to get it right and we are sharing the key lessons that we learned through trial and error. It’s a long post but well fit for a recipe that takes a lot of time and patience."
