We paired Immaculate Baking Organic Flaky Biscuits from @WholeFoods with some air-fried chicken to make some scrumptious sandwiches! Seasoned with Spanish Style Paprika, Cayenne, and Chili Powder + topped with some pickle chips and drizzled in homemade honey butter, these sandwiches hit the spot! ingredients

  • 1 can Immaculate Baking Organic Flaky Biscuits, baked according to packaged instructions
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Spanish-style paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • pinch of cayenne
  • chili powder, to taste
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Sambal Oelek chili garlic sauce
  • pickles, for serving

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix flour, 1 tablespoon paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix remaining 1 tablespoon paprika with panko.

  • Step 2

    Dredge each chicken thigh in seasoned flour, then egg wash, and panko.

  • Step 3

    Place chicken thighs into air fryer and cook at 380 degrees F for 25 minutes. While chicken is cooking, make the toppings. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon honey with melted butter. In another small bowl, mix Greek yogurt and Sambal Oelek chili garlic sauce.

  • Step 4

    To assemble sandwiches, cut warm Immaculate Baking Organic Flaky Biscuits in half horizontally. Cut chicken into pieces to fit on each biscuit. Drizzle honey butter on both sides of biscuit. Add a piece if chicken, drizzle with spicy yogurt sauce. Top with a pickle slice before topping with top biscuit half. Enjoy!
