ingredients
For the pancakes
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cups oat flour (35 g)
- 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoons baking soda

- vegetable oil
- Honey/Agave or Maple Syrup
- Berries or fruits
Method
Step 1
Mash a banana with a fork. Add an egg and mix.
Step 2
Add flour, cinnamon and baking soda and mix.
Step 3
Warm a pan on medium heat, add a little vegetable oil and start cooking your pancakes. Flip the pancakes after a couple of minutes and cook the other side for about a minute.
Step 4
Stack the pancakes and serve with honey, agave or maple syrup and berries or fruits of your choice.
