ingredients
- 300 grams Cooked sweet potatoes
- 30 grams Flour of your choice
- 2 Eggs
- 50 milliliter Almond milk
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon origan
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- salt & pepper
Method
Step 1
Combine the spices and flour together.
Step 2
In another bowl, wisk the eggs and the milk.
Step 3
Add to it the sweet potatoes mash, and the dry ingredient.
Step 4
Cook high temperature in your waffle iron! Topped with salad, asparagus or an egg on top.
