ingredients
- 1 tart or pie dough
- 1 stalk rhubarb
- 2 eggs
- 3 ounces cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons almond powder
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Method
Step 1
If you would like to keep the nice pink color, I suggest to not peel the rhubarb. Cut the rhubarb in little losange shape, each sides should make the same size. Start making your pattern on the board so you can adjust some.
Step 2
Mix the eggs with the sugar, add the the almond powder, pinch of cinnamon and almond milk.
Step 3
Place you tart dough in the tart pan, make little holes with a fork, add your liquid base and place the rhubarb pieces starting above it.
Step 4
Cook it around 25 minutes at 200°C on the lower level of your oven. Let it cold before eating and enjoy!
