ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons oat
- 6 1/2 ounces almond milk
Method
Step 1
Mix the frozen banana with the raspberries.
Step 2
Add then the other ingredients, mix again until the texture get smooth.
Step 3
Add the toppings of you choice (fruits, granola, coconut…) and enjoy fresh!
