ingredients

  • 4 ounces spelt flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 ounces almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix the dry ingredients together.

  • Step 2

    In another bowl, smash the banana, mix the egg, the milk, the maple syrup and add it to the banana.

  • Step 3

    Combine the 2 bowls gently, don’t over-whisk. Cook over low heat until bubbles form, then flip and cook on other side. Add the toppings of your stack and enjoy!
