RECIPE:Ingredients for 4 pastries:1 x sheet of vegan puff pastry2 x ripe pearsSome pear-Apple jam or peach jamSome raw brown sugar or any other sweetenerCinnamonChopped pistachio for garnishing
1. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius.2. Defrost puff pastry, if needed.3. Cut each pear in half and remove the pear core4.Put the half pears separately on the puff pastry and cut the puff pastry in pear-shaped.5. Remove the pears to spread the cutted puff pastries with the jam.6. Put the pears on the puff pastries.7. Cut in each pear 4 slices (about 1 cm) for better cooking.8. Sprinkle the pears with some sugar and cinnamon.9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.10. Sprinkle the pear pastries with some chopped pistachio.
