ingredients
Base
- 80 grams oat flour (blended oats)
- 20 grams vanilla vegan protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup

Caramel filling
- 130 grams date paste
- 40 grams boiling water
- 50 grams almond butter/ pb butter
- 15 grams maple syrup
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 15 grams chopped roasted salted peanuts
Method
Step 1
Combine all measured ingredients for the base, press into 9 silicone muffin forms and put aside.
Step 2
Combine date paste with boiling water into a smooth paste, add nut butter, salt & maple syrup. Eventually mix in chopped peanuts. Add about 1 tbsp of caramel into your muffin cups.
Step 3
Melt chocolate in a water bath together with coconut oil. Pour over each cup and place in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to set.
