This chocolate Christmas bark couldn't be easier! Made with only 5 ingredients, this bark is perfect for an easy dessert and makes a great edible Christmas gift.

ingredients
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 stick vegan butter
- 1 dairy free chocolate chips
- Crushed pretzels
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cover cooking sheet with aluminum foil and line with saltines.
Step 2
Pour and spread sugar/butter mixture over saltines. place saltines in oven for 5 mins (they will be bubbly) and melt the chocolate in the microwave.
Step 3
Remove saltines from oven and pour/ spread chocolate on top. top with crushed pretzels*
Step 4
Place in fridge to harden (at least 90 mins before cracking). crack the bark apart and store in fridge! *can also do sprinkles, sea salt, Oreos, or leave them plain with just chocolate
