ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 small handful vegan marshmallows
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • dash cinnamon
  • dash vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup plant milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegan yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon peanut powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • chocolate for topping

Method

  • Step 1

    preheat oven to 375°F

  • Step 2

    Mix all ingredients besides chocolate in bowl. Transfer to greased oven safe dish

  • Step 3

    Top with chocolate and more marshmallows. Bake 25 minutes
