ingredients

  • 3/4 cups peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 3/4 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Method

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, combine the pb, coconut oil & sweetener together & then mix in the protein powder + salt until combined

  • Step 2

    Press the dough into a lined bread pan & freeze for 10 minutes

  • Step 3

    Melt the chocolate chips with a bit of coconut oil, pour on top of the dough & freeze again until set

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle with flaky salt (bc it makes everything better), cut into bars & enjoy!
