DIRECTIONSCombine the cacao butter and coconut sugar in a small, heat proof glass bowl and place over a pot of simmering water on the stove (double boiler). Stir until the butter is melted, then remove from the heat. Add the vanilla, stir well. Add the cacao powder and whisk until silky smooth. Transfer to a parchment lined 9x5 baking pan and let sit on the counter for a few hours to harden. Slice into chunks and store in an airtight jar in a cool cupboard.
