French chocolate mousse [with chocolate bowl]

ingredients
- 100 gram chopped Dark Chocolate 80%
- 300 ounces chopped Dark Chocolate 67 %
- 5 pieces large Egg white
- 150 milliliter fresh Full Cream
- 50 gram Sugar
Method
Step 1
For the chocolate bowls: 1. Boil some water 2. Chop the 80% chocolate 3. Turn off the heat, place an inox bowl on the top of the pan and add the chopped chocolate in it and let it melt slowly for 10mn 4. Put some oil on a balloon and dip it in the chocolate, then put it the fridge
Step 2
For the chocolate mousse: 5. Boil again some water 6. Chop the 67% chocolate 7. Turn off the heat, place an inox bowl on the top of the pan and add the chopped chocolate in it and let it melt slowly for 10mn 8. Put aside and warm up the cream 9. Add ⅓ of the cream to the chocolate and whip. Add another ⅓, whip again, and repeat again until the cream is all added 10. Take a bowl and add the egg whites with a bit of sugar and whip with all your strength! 11. Add the sugar little by little to the whisk egg whites 12. Add the whisked egg whites to the chocolate little by little and mix gently 13. Put it in the fridge for minimum 5 hours 14. Back to the chocolate bowls: Get your balloons out of the fridge and pop it to get your chocolate bowl 15. Put your mousse inside of your chocolate bowl and last step… Enjoy it!!! Bon appetit !
