- 1 tabelspoons water
- 1 pound beef sirloin
- 2 ounce Onions
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 3 tabelspoons canola oil
- 2 tabelspoons lemon juice
- 1 tabelspoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
In a very hot pan, add oil and saute the chopped onions.
Step 2
Add the beef sirloin that was cut into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
Saute beef for 3 minutes on high heat.
Step 4
Add the chopped green and red bell pepper.
Step 5
Saute for 1 minute
Step 6
Add the soy sauce, lemon juice, and honey.
Step 7
Let it simmer for 1 minute.
Step 8
Season with salt, pepper and serve.
