ingredients
- 12 ounce chicken thigh
- 5 tabelspoons vegetable oil
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 7 ounce pecans
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Chop the herbs, garlic, and pecans into a coarse flour-like mixture.
Step 3
Add salt and pepper to the mixture.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
Step 5
Dip the chicken in the egg.
Step 6
Then coat with herb and nut mixture. Press it down so that it sticks.
Step 7
Place the chicken on an oiled sheet pan and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
