ingredients
- 4 sprigs Thyme
- 6 Mint leaves
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 bottle white wine
- Ice Cubes
Method
Step 1
In a mixing glass or shaker, gently muddle the thyme, mint and the lime juice.
Step 2
In a pitcher, mix all the ingredients including the muddled herbs.
Step 3
Stir well and serve.
