  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp gluten free baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Step 2

    In a bowl, stir together all the dry ingredients.

  • Step 3

    In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, almond milk, eggs, and lemon juice.

  • Step 4

    Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix them all together until fully incorporated.

  • Step 5

    Transfer the batter into a donut mold, only filling them halfway.

  • Step 6

    Bake for 25 minutes.

  • Step 7

    Let it cool in a rack
