- 1 ounce large onion
- 3 ounce tomato
- 3 can butter beans
- 3 pound ham hocks
- 2 tabelspoons fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
Dice the onions and tomatoes
Step 2
Layer half of the onions, then beans, then ham hocks in the pressure cooker.
Step 3
Cook on high pressure for 40 mins.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper
