ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 12 ounce goat milk
  • 12 ounce cow milk
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 ounce Nasturtium blossoms
  • 1 ounce pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 ounce caraway

Method

  • Step 1

    Peel the lemon and get rid of the pith.

  • Step 2

    Completely dissolve the sugar in the water.

  • Step 3

    Candy lemon peel by boiling for 60 minutes in the sugar water.

  • Step 4

    Dip nasturtium blossoms in the hot sugar to candy. Set aside

  • Step 5

    Combine goat's milk and evaporated cow's milk in a saucepan.

  • Step 6

    Stir in Cardamom pods and simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Step 7

    Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before serving.

  • Step 8

    Top with candied lemon peel and nasturtium blossoms, seeds and nuts.
