ingredients
- 26 ounces fillet cod
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoo ground black pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 stalk dill
- 5 leaves basil
- 1 stalk spring onions
- 1 tabelspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 ounce white sesame seeds
- 1 ounce butter
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
Mince the garlic, dill, and basil and put in a bowl together with the softened butter, mix well
Step 3
Zest the lemon into the bowl
Step 4
Arrange the fish on a baking tray lined with a parchment paper
Step 5
Add all ingredients and fold the parchment paper around the edges in 1/4-inch folds to create a half-moon shape
Step 6
Fold to seal the pockets
Step 7
Bake for 15 mins
Step 8
Squeeze lemon over the dish before serving.
