ingredients

Miso Salmon

  • 2 Salmon filets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoons White miso paste
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • Juice from 1/2 lime

ingredients

Avocado Salsa

  • 1/2 English cucumber, chopped
  • 1 Avocado, cubed
  • 2 Scallions, chopped
  • 1/4 cups Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoons Toasted sesame oil
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Kosher salt

Method

  • Step 1

Preheat an air fryer to 400° F. (Oven option: preheat to 400° F and line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment.)

  • Step 2

Whisk together the soy sauce, honey miso, garlic and lime juice until smooth. Drizzle about 2/3 of the marinade over the salmon filets and let sit for 10 minutes.

  • Step 3

Air fry the salmon for 5 minutes then brush the remaining marinade on top and cook for another 3-5 minutes—until cooked through. (Oven option: bake the salmon skin-side down 15-18 minutes, until cooked through)

  • Step 4

To make the salsa, combine all ingredients and salt to taste.

  • Step 5

Serve the salmon warm with spoonfuls of avocado salsa.
