Method
Step 1
First your going to measure out your levain and water then stir. Add flour and salt then mix with a wooden spoon or your hands until fully incorporated. Place in a draft free place overnight.
Step 2
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Flour the bread, score, and place in Dutch oven or on stone. (Optionally use a baking sheet)
Step 3
Cook for 45minutes until browned on top, and when “knocked” on the bottom should sounds hollow. Enjoy!!
