ingredients
- 4 cups chopped Tuscan Kale
- 2 tablespoons fresh Peanuts
- 1/2 cups sliced sweet peppers
- 2 tabelspoons fresh peanut butter
- 1 tabelspoons Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tabelspoons Fish Sauce
- 1/2 tabelspoons Lime Juice
- 1/2 tabelspoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoo minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 sachet stevia
- pinch salt
Method
Step 1
For the dressing, combine all liquid ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Use the stevia sparingly and feel free to omit if you prefer not to sweeten.
Step 2
For the salad, chop veggies as you like them and place them in 2 bowls. Pour on the dressing and mix well.
Step 3
Garnish with peanuts and serve.
