  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1/ 2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/ 4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/ 2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • pinch salt
  • Banana, sliced, for topping
  • Blueberries, for topping
  • Almond butter, for topping
  • Cinnamon, for topping
  • Yogurt, of choice, for topping

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a jar and refrigerate overnight.

  • Step 2

    In the morning enjoy cold or heat up. Add desired toppings.
