We love including breakfast when we meal plan. No more rushing out the door with no time to eat, because our fridge is stocked with jars of overnight oats! Buy a bag of gluten-free certified oats if you need, and use plant-based milk to keep it vegan.

  • 1/ 2 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons ground flax seed
  • 1/ 2 teaspoon cinnamon, plus more for topping
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • Berries, for topping
  • Cashews, for topping
  • Nut butter, for topping
  • Vegan yogurt, of choice, for topping


  • Step 1

    Combine oats, chia seed, flax seed, cinnamon, salt and cashew milk in a jar and refrigerate overnight.

  • Step 2

    Eat cold in the morning, or heat in the microwave or on the stove. Top with berries, cashews, nut butter, yogurt and cinnamon.
