- 1/ 2 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons ground flax seed
- 1/ 2 teaspoon cinnamon, plus more for topping
- pinch salt
- 1 cup cashew milk
- Berries, for topping
- Cashews, for topping
- Nut butter, for topping
- Vegan yogurt, of choice, for topping
Combine oats, chia seed, flax seed, cinnamon, salt and cashew milk in a jar and refrigerate overnight.
Eat cold in the morning, or heat in the microwave or on the stove. Top with berries, cashews, nut butter, yogurt and cinnamon.
