ingredients
- 80 grams pastry flour, gluten free
- 50 grams almond flour, gluten free
- 2 pieces eggs,
- 1 piece yogurt, sugar free
- 30 grams honey,
- 1/2 piece lemon juice,
- 1/2 piece lemon zest,
- 1 tsp vanilla extract,
- 5 grams yeast,
- 60 milliliter warm water,
- 40 grams whey protein,
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven up and down to 180ºC (356ºF)
Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Remember that the flours must be sieved.
Step 3
In another bowl add all the wet ingredients.
Step 4
Dump the dry ingredients in the bowl of the wet ones until creating a homogeneous mass.
Step 5
Once done, grease the doughnut mould with a tad of oil and fill them with the dough until it is approximately 1cm missing.
Step 6
Let them cool while preparing the frosting. Sift the whey protein and add the warm water. Dip the lemon doughnuts in the frosting and let it dry.
