ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cauliflower florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup liquid aminos
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger

Method

  • Step 1

    In a large skillet over high heat, combine broccoli, cauliflower, and a little bit of water. Cover and steam until softened, 3-5 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Add bell peppers and mushrooms and cook, stirring constantly until they begin to soften. Pour in liquid aminos and continue to cook. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 3

    When all the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized, remove from heat and serve.
