ingredients

  • 1 can Green beans
  • 1 tablespoon Stevia
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon chopped Onion
  • 2 teaspoon Liquid aminos
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Drain liquid from green beans & rinse under cool water; set aside.

  • Step 2

    In a bowl, whisk together Stevia®️, apple cider vinegar, liquid aminos, salt, & pepper to create the sweet and sour dressing.

  • Step 3

    Add green beans & toss to coat.

  • Step 4

    Then, heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Spray with a little 0-calorie cooking spray and sauté onions.

  • Step 5

    Once onions are translucent, add green beans and stir.

  • Step 6

    Next, pour about ¼ cup of water into the pan, cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes.

  • Step 7

    Remove from heat & serve hot. Serve with additional dressing if desired.
