ingredients

  • 1 serving of RM Thick & Rich Chocolate Shake (powder only)
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1/2 teaspoons Water
  • Walden Farms Pancake Syrup

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine ingredients in a bowl using a spoon or whisk.

  • Step 2

    Then, cook batter on a heated pan greased with a small amount of zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray. Allow the pancake to cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until done.

  • Step 3

    Serve warm topped with syrup and sliced strawberries or other approved fruit.
