- 7 ounces shrimp
- 1 package Miracle Noodle
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoon minced shallots
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoon chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
Step 1
In a pan with a little zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray, begin process by cooking the shallots and shrimp.
Step 2
Next, stir in the bean sprouts, green onions and pre-prepared noodles.
Step 3
Stir well & add the lemon juice, tomato paste, chicken broth and salt.
Step 4
Cook for about 3 more minutes. When done, garnish with more green onions and enjoy hot.
