ingredients
- 1 Miracle Noodle
- 3 1/2 ounces lean steak
- 1 head florets broccoli
- 3/4 cup liquid aminos
- 3/4 broth
- 3 tablesp rice vinegar
- 4 clove minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon optional Frank's Red Hot sauce
Method
Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together liquid aminos, broth, rice vinegar, ginger, hot sauce and 1/2 cup water; set aside.
Step 2
Next, heat a little zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add steak and cook until desired level of doneness has been achieved. Stir in broccoli and liquid aminos mixture until broccoli is tender and the sauce is slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Finally, add prepared miracle rice. Serve immediately & enjoy.
