ingredients

  • 1 Miracle Noodle
  • 3 1/2 ounces lean steak
  • 1 head florets broccoli
  • 3/4 cup liquid aminos
  • 3/4 broth
  • 3 tablesp rice vinegar
  • 4 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon optional Frank's Red Hot sauce

Method

  • Step 1

    In a medium bowl, whisk together liquid aminos, broth, rice vinegar, ginger, hot sauce and 1/2 cup water; set aside.

  • Step 2

    Next, heat a little zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray over medium-high heat.

  • Step 3

    Add steak and cook until desired level of doneness has been achieved. Stir in broccoli and liquid aminos mixture until broccoli is tender and the sauce is slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Finally, add prepared miracle rice. Serve immediately & enjoy.
