ingredients

  • 1 package diced large Extra firm tofu
  • 1 clove minced Garlic
  • 1 teapsoons ground Ancho Chile & Cumin
  • 1 halved Lime
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 drizzle Olive oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2

    In a bowl, mix all your ingredients together, stirring gently so as to not crumble the tofu, until well combined.

  • Step 3

    Add tofu mixture to a foil-lined pan and spread out evenly.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 20 minutes, until light brown and slightly crisp.
