ingredients
- 1 package diced large Extra firm tofu
- 1 clove minced Garlic
- 1 teapsoons ground Ancho Chile & Cumin
- 1 halved Lime
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 drizzle Olive oil
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix all your ingredients together, stirring gently so as to not crumble the tofu, until well combined.
Step 3
Add tofu mixture to a foil-lined pan and spread out evenly.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes, until light brown and slightly crisp.
