ingredients
- 500 milliliters Chicken Stock
- 3 peeled and minced Garlic cloves
- 10 milliliter Smoked paprika
- 15 milliliter powder Mild Curry
- 1/2 kilogram cleaned Chicken gizzard
- 15 milliliter Chicken spice
- 1 cup fresh Cream
- 2 tablepoons Pomace
- Salt and fresly ground black pepper
Method
Step 1
Season the chicken gizzard with chicken spice for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Now in a frying pan pour oil. Sauté the onion and garlic, Funtil they get turns light brown. Add curry powder and smoked papprika, then the chicken gizzards. Fry them until you can smell the aroma.
Step 3
Stir frequently, pour in the chicken stock, let it cook for 30-40 minutes ion medium heat.
Step 4
