ingredients
- 125 grams All Purpose Flour
- 110 grams Light Brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 120 grams Unsweetened Plain Yogurt ( almond yogurt or any plain yogurt of your choice)
- 1 Ripe Banana ( mashed)
- 60 millileters oil
- 40 grams Chocolate Chips

Streusel Topping
- 90 grams Butter
- 145 grams All Purpose Flour
- 112 grams Light Brown Sugar
- Salt
Method
Step 1
Prepare Muffin batter: Combine yogurt, mashed banana, oil, and light brown sugar in one bowl and mix until sugar is dissolved.
Step 2
Combine & sift all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix dry ingredients into liquid ingredients, stir until fully combined. Last Fold in the chocolate chips
Step 3
Prepare Streusel: Melt butter in a bowl, then add brown sugar, all purpose flour and salt. Mix until it is crumbly. Chill this streusel topping until ready to use.
Step 4
Line a muffin tray with cupcake liners, fill each liner with muffin batter until it is 3/4 full & sprinkle thick layer of streusel on top of each muffin. Bake at 370F for 15-17 min approximately.
