Thai green seafood sauce

  • 4-5 Spicy green chilies
  • 1 1/2 Cloves Garlic peeled and chop roughly
  • 1/4 cups Cilantro (Including the root)
  • 1/4 cups Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoons Palm/coconut sugar

Method

Thai green seafood sauce instructions

  • Step 1

    Put all of the ingredient into a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Serve with seafood.

Jaew sauce

  • 1 tablespoons Thai chili flake
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoons Palm/coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted sticky rice crushed
  • 1 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Tamarind paste
  • 1 tablespoons Cilantro chopped roughly
  • 2 tablespoons Shallot sliced thinly

Jaew sauce instructions

  • Step 1

    Melt sugar with water and tamarind paste in a pot. When it's done, take the pot out of the stove and add the rest of the ingredient. stir well and serve with grilled meat and vegetable.
