ingredients

  • 1 lb halved Colorful fingerling potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Avocado oil
  • 3 tablespoons melted Salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried Parsley

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

  • Step 2

    Wash your potatoes.

  • Step 3

    Then on your cutting board slice your mini potatoes in half.

  • Step 4

    Add your potatoes to a large bowl and mix avocado oil, melted salted butter, garlic, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and parsley.

  • Step 5

    Then add your seasoned potatoes to a parchment-lined baking sheet. (you can align them super aesthetically or if you just want to get them into the oven add them to the baking sheet and into the oven).

  • Step 6

    Cook the potatoes in the oven for the next 12-15 minutes.

  • Step 7

    Once they’re out of the oven serve immediately.
