ingredients

  • 250 ml Almond milk
  • 5 grams Cinnamon powder
  • 3 grams Kardamom, roughly ground
  • 1 grams Black peppe, ground
  • 10 grams Fresh ginger, grated
  • 5 grams Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Agave sirup
  • 50 vegan whipping cream
  • 5 grams Agave sirup
  • pinch Cinnamon powder
  • pinch Cardamom, roughly ground

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat up the milk in a small pot with all the spices and the grated ginger. Let it steep for about 5 minutes and then pour through a fine sieve into your cup. Add the agave sirup for sweetness if desired. Add a dollop of the whipped cream and enjoy immediately.

  • Step 2

    In a bowl whip the cream and the agave sirup until you have soft peaks. Add to your Latte and add the spices if desired.
