ingredients
- 250 ml Almond milk
- 5 grams Cinnamon powder
- 3 grams Kardamom, roughly ground
- 1 grams Black peppe, ground
- 10 grams Fresh ginger, grated
- 5 grams Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Agave sirup
- 50 vegan whipping cream
- 5 grams Agave sirup
- pinch Cinnamon powder
- pinch Cardamom, roughly ground
Method
Step 1
Heat up the milk in a small pot with all the spices and the grated ginger. Let it steep for about 5 minutes and then pour through a fine sieve into your cup. Add the agave sirup for sweetness if desired. Add a dollop of the whipped cream and enjoy immediately.
Step 2
In a bowl whip the cream and the agave sirup until you have soft peaks. Add to your Latte and add the spices if desired.
