ingredients

  • 50 grams whole Fennel seeds
  • 20 grams Rock Sugar or Regular sugar
  • 1 litre Water

Method

  • Step 1

    Grind together fennel seeds and rock sugar into a fine powder. Dilute this powder into 1 litre water.

  • Step 2

    Cover the vessel & Allow it to soak overnight in refrigerator.

  • Step 3

    Next morning, strain using a muslin cloth. Discard the residue of fennel seeds. Serve this sherbet chilled.
