ingredients

  • 6 deseeded Dates
  • 10 skinned Almonds
  • 250 ml Milk

Method

  • Step 1

    Soak dates in warm water for 30 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Blend together soaked dates along with it's water, Almonds and Milk until smooth and creamy.

  • Step 3

    Serve chilled for best taste.
