ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 5 tablepoons Oat Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 3 tabelspoons Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee Powder
  • 40 grams Dark Chocolate
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 3 tabelspoons Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tabelspoons Hazelnut Milk

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a baking tray and keep aside.

  • Step 2

    Roughly chop the dark chocolate. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave in 15 second intervals. Don’t make it too hot, you are just slightly warming & melting.

  • Step 3

    To a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients, give it a mix and then add all the wet ingredients and give it a mix.

  • Step 4

    Transfer it into the prepared baking tray, top it with some chocolate chips and bake for 18-20 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let it cool & enjoyyy😬
