ingredients

  • 600 gram sliced Beef
  • 1/2 sliced Onion
  • 6 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 3 tabelspoons Sake(Dry white wine)
  • 3 tabelspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1/2 teas[oon Gochujang
  • 1 teaspon grated Garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon grated Ginger
  • 1/2 Apple
  • 1/2 Onion

Method

  • Step 1

    Thinly slice the beef.

  • Step 2

    Halve the onion, thinly slice 1/2 of the onion and chop the rest. Chop the apple.

  • Step 3

    Put onion, apple, garlic, ginger in the food processor and blend until smooth. Put this in a large bowl. Add the soy sauce, sake, sugar, sesame oil and gochujang in the same bowl.

  • Step 4

    Add beef and onion in the bowl. Mix well.

  • Step 5

    Keep in the fridge overnight to 24 hours.

  • Step 6

    Heat the frying pan over medium-high heat. Put sesame oil in the frying pan.

  • Step 7

    Place the beef one by one in the pan. Cook until golden-brown for 1-2 minutes and then turn over.

  • Step 8

    Cook for another 1-2 minutes until both sides are golden-brown. Enjoy it!
