ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cups Butter (softened)
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 1 cups Sugar
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoons Lemon Juice

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  • Step 2

    In your mixer, add the sour cream, sugar, and butter.

  • Step 3

    Slowly add in one egg at a time and mix everything together.

  • Step 4

    Next add your flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix everything until fully combined.

  • Step 5

    Add the loaf mix to your loaf pan sprayed with baking spray. I used both baking spray on the pan and parchment paper.

  • Step 6

    Cook for 55 minutes. Use a toothpick to see if the loaf is done on the inside. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before glazing.

  • Step 7

    Prepare your glaze and pour the glaze on top of the loaf. Cut and enjoy!
