Sheet pan cooking is one of the simplest ways to get dinner on the table. Minimal prep and clean up (hello, parchment paper) make these a no-brainer for busy fall weeknights. We kick off the week with spicy squash and tofu, roast a rainbow of veggies and end the week with nacho night!
