Spring Grilling!

 

We are getting our (spring) grill on in this week's meal plan! As the weather warms up, so do our barbecues. This week, we’re featuring a selection of recipes perfect for cooking al fresco. We kick off the week with a smoky marinated tofu perfect for the grill, tuck into savory homemade veggie burgers and wrap up the week the best way we know how - with an epic Tiki-inspired cocktail!

 If the weather doesn’t cooperate, or you live in an apartment or don’t have access to a grill, we recommend using a grill pan or cast iron skillet for similar results.
